Fort Vauban
On the Ile aux Moines, this fort was built in 1720 by Vauban's student Garengeau. Outdoor visit from February to November.
The Ploumanac'h moors

With its impressive pink granite boulders -- up to 20 meters high -- the Sentier des Douaniers is one of the region's most beautiful walks (pink granite, moors, gorse, heather).

The Seven Islands Archipelago
Offshore from Perros-Guirec rises the Seven Islands Archipelago, the largest bird refuge in France. Covering nearly 100 acres, this indisputable haven for birds is home to 27 different species, including 13 marine species: Atlantic puffins, northern gannets, shags, small penguins... over 23,000 couples in all. A group of 30 gray seals lives in the archipelago year-round, but seeing them is a hit-or-miss affair.
Excursions from February through November in launches or old sailing ships.
The Traouïéro Valley
This wooded valley is a profusion of granite and grottoes, with great botanic diversity, moss and ferns.
